| We had a great time. Everyone was so friendly to us. The unit had everything that we needed. We are planning on going back next year and are planning on staying in the same unit. See you then!

| I have stayed at Majestic Sun but never dealt with this onsite management company. They were not busy at all and totally lacked customer service and any since of urgency. My room which was told to me was ready and waiting for inspection at noon. At 3pm when you can check in the room still had not been inspected. Granted the associates were never helping other guest or taking phone calls. At 5pm I am told some light bulbs are out and at that point i demanded to be replaced. You are not busy and you wait that late to replace light bulbs. Once in the room it looked liked someone had been sleeping in the bed and the carpet had not seen a vacuum cleaner.So much for that inspection. Orignally my keys did not work, once that was corrected they told my they could not find the gate access pass to that room and I would have to call in everytime to get access, Wrong. I was never told the access # to the fitness center nor was it anywhere on my checkin information. The management had total lack of customer service. I have traveled a lot and have stayed at Majestic Sun through other companines. Most companies tell you were your room is located and benefical information not these guys. I paid high end price for below standard service.

| Overall, everything was pretty good. There was an incredible view of the gulf. We stayed in a 10th floor room, and you could see for miles. We were even able to see dolphins playing in the gulf from our balcony. The one thing that caught me off guard - was that when we checked in, they charged a hefty "cleaning fee" upfront. I don't remember reading anything about this, so be warned. I'd consider staying there again though. At least I know about this cleaning fee now.

| The Condo was very nice but needed more supplies (pots/pans etc.) The indoor/outdoor pool was very nice and kept at a very comfortable temperature. All of the condo's face the Gulf.

| The Majestic Sun everything I ever wanted in a hotel stay. It had all the amenities, it was comfortable, and had all the luxuries of home.

| The Majestic Sun is very nice and we had a great time. Less than a mile from the outlet stores and within walking distance to nice restaurants on the water. Still hot in Florida when we went but the a/c never got cool. That is really the only complaint. Capt Dave's on the Gulf is the best casual fine dining on the beach. The views were beautiful.
