| the hotel in general is not bad. but the airconditioning was so loud and driping water on the floor.the shutle bus is every hour which is not convenience because of the distance from clifton hill.the swiming pool was good but I learned after that you have to ask for towel from the front desk.

| Its a very good deal for the price. Situated in the middle of the falls and the butterfly conservatory, its a convenient location. Get a daily pass for the bus service and u'r all set!

| The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The only problem I saw was that there was no elevator. How can a 4 story hotel not have an elevator? So, we and other patrons were trying to lift heavy pieces of luggage up 2 to 3 flights of stairs. This hotel should really consider taking care of this problem. Also, there needs to be a lifeguard on staff at the pool.

| The room was so dirty. The carpet had wet spots all over. It was anyones guess what it was wet with. The bathroom was growing mold. There were cigarette butts in the A/C. It was the grossest place I've ever stayed.

| When I arrived, we were told we would get a non smoking room. The minute I opened the door to our room, it smelled of stale smoke. There was no iron as promised. I used the bathroom as I had travelled a long ways, and the toilet would not stop running. I called the front desk several times and no one would answer the phone so I walked down to find several guests trying to get a hol of the front desk personel. There was no desk manager in sight. I went back up to my room after waiting several minutes. I was not satisfied at all..

| This is a budget hotel that doesn't skimp on keeping itself clean! Loved the indoor pool and hot tub! Also loved the free shuttle that drops you off right in front on the falls. Nothing fancy, but clean & great for the budget minded. Not for those who want fancy. Would go back!

| breakfast bar right next door! Resteraunt on the premises and another just a short walk away. In room coffee-maker and hair dryer. About 15 minutes from the Falls and Casino but a convenient shuttle system runs every 30 minutes. Very quiet and peaceful- unlike the Clifton Hill area.
