What to expect: Two sets of sliding glass doors open to a bright, two-story lobby with a carpeted sitting area on one side, where guests watch the news on a big-screen TV or check e-mail on their laptops. Footsteps echo on the white marble lobby floors as corporate, government, and leisure travelers register at the front desk. | Pro's: Wireless intent connection was good. Cons: They claim to offer a "deluxe" continental breakfast due to the restaurant being closed. There are no eggs, sausage etc. Just toast, bagels, fruit and cereal. That is not "DELUXE". They kept running out of food! The housekeeping staff screams at each other in Spanish across the halls starting at 7am waking up my 5 year old. I confronted one of them and she waved her arms at me! The showers were HORRID, worse part of the stay. You could not maintain a consistent temp. It was freezing cold one minute, boiling hot the next. Horrible.

| This was my first time in Herndon, VA on business. After checking into the hotel I ate at the restaurant which the food was hot but not very good. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. In the morning, I found a bug in the bed I just slept in! I called the hotel staff and the promptly came to the room to verify the bug. The maintenance man with the hotel staff made the comment, "Most travelers bring bugs with them". I was at a loss for words when I heard the staff leave the room and discuss a prior incident with bed bugs. I will never stay at this hotel again.

| I've stayed here a couple times -- hotel is conveniently located, and has several restaurants and a movie theater very close. It has been solid and dependable, and is cheaper than many other nearby hotels. I had a problem with one room (AC wasn't working), and the staff was excellent in switching me immediately.

| I stayed one night at this hotel to suprise my mom who was there with her organziation and was receiving a prestigious award from them. At first, the hotel had me staying on the same floor as my parents, but after hearing the situation, they understood and moved me to a different floor. Everyone seemed polite, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

| This hotel does the job very well. Low price and high value. The concierge and restaurant was very helpul with some odd tasks and errands i had to finish up before sleeping. The king size bed was cozy as well. Don't forget their buffet breakfast before leaving.Why pay more?

| Beware! This hotel claims to have airport shuttles every 30 minutes, but they often leave 5-10 minutes early and will not wait for passengers who are prepared to leave at the time they were told to be ready. Our 5:30 shuttle left at 5:23 and we had to wait for the 6 AM, which really pushed us at the airport.
