| Very nice and informative front desk person, room clean and good size, great TV! It was about three miles from downtown Savannah and in a "wrong side of the tracks" neighborhood but we had no problems and would certainly consider this chain again.

| The overall service was good. I did encounter a young lady at the desk when checking out that put a damper on my stay. I had to go to Mass before making a 6 hour drive. I stood at the counter for about 6 minutes before saying "hello, hello". The young lady came out and said, "you got a problem". I said no, I was waiting for awhile and I wanted someone to know that I was here. She said in a very hateful tone, "well, I was only gone two minutes. I made a mistake of saying, "it was a little longer than that". She disagreed and said that she was not going to argue with me. She didn't, but she was not nice at all and did not even say thank you or come back. If I ever go back I will certainly not talk and I will be a lot more patient. I do a lot of traveling, but I have never encountered someone like her. I am not a hot head, but a 65 year old man who has mellowed a lot through the years.

| Not in the best location citywise, but still only 5 minutes from downtown Savannah. Who cares about the city with such nice rooms and a plasma screen TV though. The people there were all so nice and helped us with any problem we had right away. Definetly going back again.

| Brand new hotel, three miles from the historic district. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are beautiful, with flat screen tv's. We stayed an extra night because it was so reasonable.
