| We stayed 2 nites here and chose it for location and price, knowing it wasn't a fancy hotel. We were very pleased with what we got for the money, and who cares what the decor is like when you're staying a block from the beach! If you stay here pick up some fruit from the produce stand across the street and check out the brunch at the Mexican place down the street-- delicious!

| If you want to be within 100 yards for the beach and dont mind basic furnishings in a old motel this one works. Friendly staff, one out of two beds was livable and nice bar and coffee house near by. You decide!

| Door lock is not tight; Window blinds are not working; Fridge is useful but the base is loose so the whole fridge is stable; The lamps are also not stable on the table. The good thing is the room has fridge, microwave and range for cooking. If the room's interior is maintained properly, it should be coze hotel to stay in.

| Claimed they had a continental breakfast. The breakfast was cold cereal and coffee only and did not open until 8:00am. There was no coffee maker in room and the lobby was locked until 8:00am. Bathroom needed alot of work...paint chipping from walls, floor buckling, etc. No hair dryer. room was pretty clean although I found two old used bars of soap by the window sill in the bathroom. The location was good, but hotel itself was a bit scary.

| Very convenient to beach and several unique restaurants and shops. New microwaves & old fridges in each room, but no coffee makers and lobby doesn't open until 8AM. Old furniture but lots of drawer space. Arrived after they closed the office at 11PM and had to ring bell for 10 min for them to come and get me registered. Didn't have the room type I orderd so I had to settle for less at the same price. Keys have hotel name and room # on them :-( Moved us (themselves) in the middle of the stay to the requested room but forgot to check the drawers so I had to go retrieve my underwear from the new occupants. Second room had leaking toilet and broken toilet seat - ouch! Minimal parking and you can't park on the street overnight. They tried hard to please but don't seem savvy to experienced travelers needs...
