| We stayed two nights, and we were informed upon check-in that there was a swinger party in our building the second night which may get noisy. The swingers were quiet, but we got one towel each for two days. I'm glad we paid the Expedia rate, because the actual rate was NOT worth it.

| This hotel was a very bad experience for us. I called eariler in the day to assure that we had late arrivial and the hotel assured us that late arrival would be no problem. We arrived at 3am and they could not find our already paid for reservation. It's a good thing we had a copy of our internet confirmation with us or I'm sure we would not have been allowed to stay without re-paying. After waiting for 15 minutes for the clerk to fix an ancient printer I finally convinced her that I didn't need a receipt that I just wanted to go to my room. The first room we were sent to was dirty, I guess the maid forgot to make it up. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the clerk to bring keys and finally take us to an acceptable room. This room had one matress that was sagging to the floor and one that was hard as a board. We ask for a late check out, which they granted, but then proceeded to knock on our door at 9am trying to make up the room. We tried to go back to sleep but had difficulty sleeping over the noise of screaming kids running in the hall. The maid knocked again at 11am trying to kick us out when I finally got through to them that I was not leaving until noon. The room was sparse, there wasn't even a chair to sit in and when I went to get in the shower I found used soap and shampoo there from the past guest. The hotel was very unkept and I will never stay there again. I highly recommend that you avoid staying at this hotel.

| The outside of the inn is poorly kept - weeds and litter all over the place and the parking lot is in poor condition. The inside is run down. Our room was not clean, the sheets were stained as well as some of the towels. One towel was ripped up. We had to make 2 trips to the office to get the right amount of towels & washcloths. No hot water in the sink tap. The remote was not working. We did not feel at all safe.

| I came here for a buisness trip for a evening and was greeted by the front desk staff and they were very helpful to direct me to reasteraunt areas and surrounding activites in the area.And the room was emaculante. And the morniing when I checked out i was running late and they were more then glad to allow me extra time to prepare for my departue at no charge. i was with in 15 mins of all the downtown activities in kc where my buisness was taking place,and the greatest thing of all was the smiling faces of people who care about people when i checked in ,they went out of there way to see my stay was wonderful.

| I did not feel safe. Locks did not work on the outside of the building. Rooms where very shabby. Was put in a smoking room without a phone when asked for a non smoking room.

| None of the icemachines worked. The elevator was filthy and the whole building smelled. I could not connect to the internet with their phone system. I will never stay there again.
