| It does not have direct access to the cafeteria, or pool. The breakfast was really poor. better don't say that you offer complementary breakfast.

| Don't let the photos and the marketing fool you. The hotel seemed further away than just "about a mile away from Harvey's" and every single room fronted Lake Tahoe Blvd which meant traffic noise. Our bathroom had old newspapers lying around and the trash can was full. The hotel staff was the bright point in our brief stay and understood why we turned back around and left to find another hotel. If only the staff had a hotel worthy of their customer service...........

| I have used super 8 before - but this one does not meet the standards of the super 8 motels. The rooms were shabby, there were no tub in the bathroom. There was a shower cube - which was so small that you can not move once you are inside it.
