| Was worth what we paid. The pool was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff ok. Nothing special, but pretty good nonetheless

| The cleanliness of the room was good and the ammenities what I would expect in this price range. The selection of television channels was limited (e.g., no History Channel). The facilities were a bit old (they haven't changed since this was a Holiday Inn) and the place is a maze. The room keys don't work very well, I had to have them redone within an hour of checking in. Sunday breakfast is definitely more limited than on other days.

| At the Comfort Inn in Everette, Washington our hotel room did not get clean each day until late in the afternoon, around 1:00 pm. I ask the manager about this on the first day and her excuse was that they had a lot of guests and the maids just couldn't get to the rooms until late. Indeed the hotel did have a lot of guests leave the day of our check in, but I notice during our four day stay, each day afterwards that our room still did not get clean each day until after 1:00 pm or later. The Hotel does have a business center which provides internet, and fax services, but these same services should or could be provided for in each room; this would allow the customer easy access and more privacy. In addition, a small refrigator in the room would have been nice.
