| EnVilles property is located at 329 Notre-Dame East, cross street Bonsecours. This property has 210 apartments and only 2 units are fully furnished and equipped. The property was built in the 1990's. EnVille has built its reputation on comfort, cleanliness, tasteful decoration and personalized service. Apartment guests will enjoy full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, dish set for 6 to 8 servings. All beds are equipped with down bedspread and cotton cover, for better hygiene. Also, they will find a washer and dryer ensuite, VCR or DVD player, audio system with CD's. Internet service (DSL) is available at no extra cost, as well as local calls. Basic cable service is included in the rate. Housekeeping is once every two weeks but weekly service is available at an extra charge of $50.00 per visit. Located in Old Montreal, guests will enjoy many outdoor activities, great night-life with many bars and best restaurants in town. Special Hotel Policies: 1. Guest must call at the latest 2 days before check-in to arrange for key pick-up. Location not staffed 24 hours a day. 2. 2 weeks minimum stay required. 3. Payment for the first month shall be charged upon check-in and then every first day of the month. 4. A final cleaning charge of $175.00 is applied to a guests first invoice to cover cleaning after check-out. 5. Parking - is available at no cost and must be requested at time of booking to secure availability. 6. Any damages done to the premises or furniture will be taken from the clients credit card. 7. Tax is not charged on stays of 30 nights or more. 8. Children 12 years and younger stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents and up to the maximum of 2 occupants per one bedroom.
