| The Crowne Plaze is convenient to both great shopping areas (Lenox Square, Phipps Plaza, Gaylan's, etc) and wonderful food. A great weekend getaway with easy access from the major highways in Atlanta.

| We loved being near the Lenox Mall and the many other shopping locations. The hotel itself was well located and on a warm day was within walking distance of the Lenox Mall. The room itself was our only complaint, very noisy hallway and the walls between the rooms were paper thin, thus unavoidably easedropping on conversations.

| I stayed at the Crowne Plaza on business and found the service, cleanliness, comfort, and quality to be outstanding. My only complaint is the lack of ammenities. I couldn't find the fitness room, assuming they had one, and there was only one restaurant to choose from.Definitely use the shuttle service to take you to the surrounding shopping malls. They will shuttle you, for free, to anywhere within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. They picked me up in a BIG BLACK HUMMER! I loved it!

| It was a nice place to stay. However, it was a little more expensive than some of the other "just as nice" hotels -- of which those other hotels offered a free Continental breakfast. This hotel does not offer a free breakfast and the food was quite pricey. The hotel does offer a wonderful shuttle service for anywhere under 3 miles. Guest services was helpful also.

| Many of the front desk staff were very rude or were just plain unfriendly. This was the 2nd time I stayed there in 3 months and it was the same both times. The bellman and restaurant staff were kind and attentive & the beds were very comfortable. Just hate to be treated like I am a disturbance by the front desk. Would like to see that improve. I may go back since the location is convenient to my business & the beds are comfy.

| Was not impressed being that this was a Crowne Plaza. Kind of far from most nightclubs. They do have a shuttle but it is hard to time with reservations. They also forgot to pick us up.

| One incident that requires the immediate attention of management. I wanted and did, have breakfast on Sunday before I left. All workers were busy serving and waiting on people. I was ignored, not serviced. In fact, I got my own coffee and my owned water. One waiter said this is not his table and did not come back and neither did anyone else. I attribute this to having all worker Bees on the floor and no manager. A nice looking lady came in after me stood there 3 minutes before anyone acknowledge her presence. She still got serviced before I did. I finally got waited on after I got the attention of my unassigned waiter. I am not upset now but sure annoyed at the time. But I attribute this poor showing because we did not have a manager working the entire restaurant only waiters working their individual lanes. Recommend you have a greeter or manager at all times to make people feel welcomed and attended to. Otherwise love the place and having CD players in the room was was a real hit for me. An inexpensive item but a sure pleaser to the occupant. Fix the restaurant piece.

| Very convenient to Lenox and Phipps, and a great Italian restaurant across the street. They do not take any kind of discounts, however (AARP, AAA, etc), so don't get your hopes up about a better rate, although it wasn't bad, considering the prime location for shopping.WOuld stay again.
