| When I first got there, the hotel assistant said, "my room was booked, but not payed for." I had paid for my trip 2 months ahead of time. Then I had to wait 30 minutes for a manager to come fix the problem. Overall the the service was horrible, but the rooms were clean.

| a no-frills hotel that was clean with very friendly and responsive staff and a nice simple breakfast included. convenient to the highways and easy to get on and off. i had the a/c on so i don't know about any noise but it was quiet in the lobby and halls. comfortable bed.

| this hotel is very nice and clean, but it is loud and noisy since it is right by the freeway aand an intersection. but it has good services and all.

| I've grown used to having a fridge and microwave in the room. This one had neither. However, it was clean and comfortable, so don't stay away on my account. Breakfast was a plus.

| For the price--best I've stayed in. I'm a smoker and I appreciated the rooms. Clean. Well located to eating and drinking establishments. Would certainly stay there again.

| Remote for TV could not change channels, would turn off & on. Asked for 2 extra towels, received 1. Plastic glasses were not put in room second morning. Windows not clean, chair very dirty, table top sticky.

| The room that was supposed to be non-smoking had a little red sign on it that looked like it had been ripped off of another door and it was next to a room that was obviously a smoking room. The hallway smelled terribly of smoke. The ceiling was really yellow and at 4 am a police man was pounding on the room next to ours and woke us up. The decor was alright, the breakfast was skimpy and there was nothing left by 9:30. But for the price I wasn't expecting much more.

| I loved it. The people were nice and quick to help you. Although, it's a budget motel, we were quite satisfied. There's a Denny's across the street, a bowling alley and a bar/lounge, so entertainment was easy to find. We also found a lot of shops that were A LOT less expensive than the Mall of America and closer. So, I'd go back to this hotel!
