| The price was not bad, the rooms were clean and it was walking distance to the concert we were going to. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was pleasant. One minor issue was that I was told on the phone that check out was at noon, but when I got there at 11am I was told I needed to check out. Still, I was about ready to leave anyway so no big deal.

| The primary negative is location. By that I mean that HHH seems to be close to, boadering on, the "seedy" side of town.

| This hotel was centrally located and had many ammenities (indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, arcade, restaurant. My only disappointment was that the maid didn't clean the room during my 2 night stay. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the higest) I would give this hotel a 7.

| This hotel is ideally located. It is within walking distance to the heart of Hyannis. The breakfast at Percy's,which is right around the corner, is in itself worth the trip there. My only negative which is not really a negative is that the wireless did not work on the floor we were assigned. So my advise- when on vacation leave the laptop home!!!

| We were disappointed in the fact that this was listed as a 5 star hotel. There was a stain on on floor in the room that was an eye sore the entire trip. Our TV was not working correctly and the hotel was made aware of this on our first day and we did not get the problem fixed until our last day. This was the nicest hotel we have stayed in the last 4 years in our visits to cape cod but it was not worth the money.

| On a five-star scale I would probably give this hotel a 2.5 to a 3. The carpeting in the rooms and the bedding were fairly new and looked nice, however the bathrooms looked old. The bed was definitely not comfortable and there were no extra pillows-there were only two provided for a king size bed and those were pretty flat. We also forgot toothpaste and the front desk did not have any. We did not use any of the amenities so I am not certain how they are. If you are looking for a hotel that is inexpensive and you are not too picky about rooms this hotel would work for you.

| Hotel is adequate and reasonable in price. Hotel information is a little misleading in regard to Continental Breakfast. It is only served Monday thru Friday. Weekends are not included. This is not clear on the hotel information.
