| The hotel was very nice, the lobby and the look and feel and the friendlyness was all nice. The rooms were disapointing. Small and just not what I have stayed in before for 4 1/2 stars. I would pick a newer hotel next time.

| Expecting a 4 star hotel experience, I was disappointed. The bathroom was very dated and unattractive. Given the bargain rate, we were placed on floor 3. I expect the rooms were much nicer at higher floor number, and I'm sure at a higher price.

| I travel to Cincinnati very frequently, and think this is the nicest hotel in town. But, be warned, it is old. Another visitor and I both complained that the air conditioning was unacceptably loud.

| The Cincinnatian is a historic hotel. The décor is charming, but the rooms are small. Also, be aware that you will be staying in downtown Cincy. As a single woman, I felt very unsafe walking to the end of the block. The staff is very friendly & helpful. They were the bright spot in our stay at this hotel.

| I wasn't impressed at the signage and the street address was confusing. Perhaps the image they wish to portray is understated elegance. The entrance is not on Vine Street. That being said, the blend of old architecture meets the 21st century gives this grand hotel a nostalgic feel. The atrium and worn marble steps were cool. The lobby was warm and inviting with fresh orchids in bloom! I really like the fresh fruit bowl located at the concierge desk. The concierge was superb, she made dinner reservations and also offered to run to the drugstore for us! The room was comfortable, well decorated but I was surprised at how shabby the desk appeared. The room was clean, well appointed and nicely laid out otherwise. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating and we did enjoy our stay.

| I loved staying at this hotel. it is located in the heart of the city. The staff is very helpful and the restaurant is expensive but worth it. I wanted a late dinner after the restaurant closed and was able to get the same menu at the bar. I would stay at this hotel again. They have turn down service at night and they leave a cookie on your night table.

| Splendid and distinctive though the room was small for the price. An upgrade necessitated by a Presidential visit fixed that. Staff was outstanding without exception.
