| This hotel has good rates, but it smelled and the tub looked like it was 50 years old. I had to purchase candles to be able to get over the smell. The hotel is very old and they seem to take no pride in this property at all. So if you just can't afford anything else, well sorry....this is not a good place to be...

| When checking in and had to go to a walkup window, should have known that wasnt a good sign. Agent not overly friendly, but not mean. Walked in to the room and couldnt believe my eyes! The room was a mess, toilet not flushed and the floor soaking wet. A/C wasnt working. Went back to get another room, and at least 2nd room was cool, and "not dirty". Hotel advertises a free breakfast, but was nothing more than cheap prepackaged pastries and coffee. Will not EVER stay at this hotel again.

| This hotel was dirty, the staff couldn't speak English so we couldn't get more towels or anything else. I would not recommend this to anyone. The mini stove had rust caked on it and the refrig. was dirty. The bathroom smelled awful. Overall it was just a bad experience. But on a positive note, the pool was awesome. It was rather big compared to most of the hotels around there and it was always clean and usually we were the only ones there.

| I was so upset with the condition of the hotel and my room I left right after checking in. I had prepaid so I lost my money but the hotel was decripit. The only thing I have to say good about it was that the bedding was clean.

| The staff were very friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. Our room was an average hotel room, nothing special. The floors were in need of a good steam cleaning but everything else was fine. There was also a slight odor but most hotels smell that way to me at least. It was not a 'roach' motel, so to speak, but the kids did find a small beetle crawling on the wall. This one-night trip was last minute and I booked it only 3 hours before I arrived in Kissimmee.
