| This is a 1.5 star hotel as described. Staff were VERY friendly, except the Manager. Continental Breakfast was coffee/tea only. The room was not very clean (mildewy shower curtain) and the 'nonsmoking room' reeked of stale smoke, but otherwise it was a roof and a bed, few tables and a dresser. Air conditioning and in-room refridgerator were convienent. AC is needed in Dayton in summer. Location is right off of major highways (I75) into Dayton. Safe, Secure, but smelly. You can't ask for much more for the low price that was offered per night.

| good location to dayton, lots of restaurants in area - not a romantic getaway but inexpensive and convenient.

| The old adage "you get what you pay for" applies here. There was no coffee maker in the room, but there was a microwave and frig.
