| yickes, not a good deal, gross roaches scattered when we turned on the lights. they don't have a waiting shuttle, good luck getting on. the pool looked clean but we didn't have time to use it. the cafe they have there is expensive, and the only one in the area. $40 for dinner and $40 for breakfast- $3 for a small glass of oj.

| The front desk was very helpful and the dinner in the hotel had good, cheap sandwiches. Also the shuttle to and from the airport was okay. Everything else was horrible. Expedia never booked our room so that was nice. I luckily had printed everything off the internet(the people behind us had the same problem and were not so lucky). When we did finally get a room, checkin wasn't til three so they made us sit there and wait three hours until it was time to checkin. We also booked two queens and got a room that was very small and only had one queen, the shower liked to get really hot then really cold repeatedly, and there was no towels in our room. It also wouldn't have hurt if the owners would put a fresh coat of paint on the walls, since the wallpaper is falling off and since there was mold everwhere. Also, our tv didn't work so we couldn't even watch the tv to check the weather. Worst Days Inn ever.

| The shower was either too hot or too cold, the bed was ok, the phone didn't work great, the shuttle service was intermittent. We liked the restaurant - a Cuban place.

| We were disgusted with this hotel. The only thing good about this was the price and I guess you get what you pay for. There was mold around the sink and on the shower curtain. They gave us1 hand towel, no wash cloths and the bath math actually was visibly dirty. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was not prompt...about 45 minutes later that the desk told me. The staff was not friendly and very abrupt on the phone when I called to confirm. There was no hot water the night we arrived. The restaurant in the hotel (the only one in the near vicinity) was terrible. Ordered a danish for breakfast and was served a banana walnut muffin wrapped in plastic much like you would buy at a convience store. Overall our worst hotel experience ever!!!! Don't stay here!!

| This hotel is inconveniently located in downtown where places to eat are not easliy accessable, nor are gas stations. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was not clean, nor appealing. There was construction going on during our stay there, which was another inconvenience (entrance to parking was challanging). Covered parking was occupied by hospital employees. The ice machines on all floors rarely worked. The hotel staff was rude, and unaccommodating. This hotel should not rated as a 2-Star hotel (more like a 1/2-Star).

| The only thing good about this hotel is the kitchen staff made good food and were friendly. The service was absolutely horrific, very slow. The shuttle driver was much less than pleasant and if you had 3-4 hours to spare then you could wait for the shuttle. The rooms smelled, one of cat pee and the fact that it is not a very safe neighborhood, there was one restraunt about one mile away that was worth eating at the rest are closed on the weekends. You certainly do not want to walk around there at night.

| Front Desk Staff not friendly or helpful. Managers walked off duty and din't assist. Housekeeping took 5 hours to bring back clean towels and they weren't even clean once they came. The bed was broken in two different rooms. I requested non-smoking and was thrown into a smoking room that sent my breathing haywire. It wasn't pleasant but the trip in itself made up for it.
