| The room was clean and the hotel very neat. The shuttle driver was so nice as was the bellman. Most of the desk personnel were very nice, some not so helpful.

| More like a dormitory than a hotel. Corridors seem to go on forever. Hotel has a musty smell(fungus?)and has seen better days. Continental breakfast came out just as shuttle to the airport arrived, giving passengers no opportunity to avail themselves of it.

| The staff was very helpful and friendly. This was our first time to NY and they really helped us use the public transportation. As far as the hotel,I've stayed in much nicer and MUCH worse. The lobby didn"t smell very good. A little noise from the airplanes. The prices were within our budget so I would certainly stay there again.

| Extremely convenient location, reasonable price for New York City. Small diner inside hotel adds to convenience. Far from luxurious, but functional. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner works well.

| Decent and clean hotel---good breakfast bar Although they charge for the coffee after 10am-- Desk staff can get a little snippy at times. Don't understand why they can't offer rides to Shea Stadium for free or small fee since they go right by it to pick you up from the airport.

| If you want to make an early flight, the shuttle leaves every 30 minutes all day/all night, so you can make any flight easily out of LGA. You can probably walk there if you really want to, though you would stretch your legs a little. It was a trek to the room (and an odd downhill trek at that). Considering it is at an airport and in New York, the price isn't bad. But it is bare bones and my wireless internet never did connect in the room (but that is more a problem with the provider than with Clarion). If you want to see NY, stay in Manhatten. You can find a nicer hotel there for the same price or less. If you are making connections or early flights out of LGA, there isn't any reason not to stay here. It is adequate and the staff were all nice enough.
