| This was our second stay here. Both times were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and well kept.If your looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay, this would be it!

| Great hotel for the price! The staff was excellent. The location to downtown Palm Spring was great. Overall, a wonderful stay and value.

| My one night stay at this hotel exceeded the expectations that I previously had. The room was clean, they have a beautiful lobby, I experienced friendly service at the front-desk, and the hotel location, with its proximity to the casinos, restaurants, shopping, and the tram, made my stay in Palm Springs very convenient. The swimming pool was a nice change of pace with a good view of the mountains. And to top it off, the following morning, while relaxing to the piano playing in the lobby and admiring the wonderful view, I was pleasantly surprised to find their breakfast to be fantastic and it was FREE!!!

| It looks great from the outside, and the pool was great. But the room was on the smallish side. The beds were horrible! When asked to change rooms for better beds, we found the beds just as bad, and checked-out. The front desk knew of the rooms with good and bad mattresses from their front desk computer upon check-in. My husband ended up on the floor to sleep due to the lack of quality of the mattress. When he was down there he saw 2 cock roaches cruise by on the wall at 4 in the morning!

| holes in the blankets and tatered dingy towels. cheap furniture and the rug was kinda gross. the pool was nice and the continental breakfast was a bonus.
