| This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The front deesk did not answer the phone when family tried to reach us. Our room wasn't cleaned, and when we voiced a complaint we were given a myriad of excuses why they were unable to clean it. Absolutely no attempt was made to satisfy our request. They wouldn't even bring us clean towels; we had to go to the front desk and pick them up ourselves. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was reasonable, but the service provided by employees was abysmal. It was as if the managment knew that we had paid for the stay in advance, and therefore had no desire to provide reasonable service. I will recommend to anyone I know that they never stay there.

| We asked for a non-smoking room, the door had a non-smoking plaque but the sanitized smoke smell was nearly overwhelming. The face of the drawer for the nightstand had been broken off and was left loose on top of the rails with sharp staple points sticking out. The staff was courteous and despite the smell the room was clean.
