| We were looking forward to our stay at this brand new hotel; however, we were very disappointed. Although we had booked a non-smoking room, we knew as soon as we stepped off the elevator that a mistake had been made. The smell of stale smoke was overpowering in the hallway and in our room. We immediately called the front desk clerk, who came up with an "ionizer", but it made little difference. All of the non-smoking rooms had been booked, so they were unable to move us. We were only there for two nights, but for the rest of our vacation, our clothes smelled of smoke. It should also be noted that there is a railroad track located right behind the hotel, and a train goes by almost every hour.
