| I went down to Richmond, where I lived for a year and a half up to last February, for a wedding. I loved this hotel because it is a couple of blocks to Virginia Commonwealth Univ, and is in an upscale neighborhood not too far from downtown. The hotel was classy for the price with a rooftop pool on the 10th floor and since it is open til ten, it would be an excellent place to watch the sun set. There was also a luxurious lobby, friendly staff, and a restaurant/bar. Nothing out of the ordinary about my room oe its view, but it was very clean and comfortable.

| Our room was large and clean but a little shabby. The service in the hotel restaurant was poor and the food not very good.

| This hotel was awful. We reserved a spacious corner king thinking it would nice and big, the only thing it was was big. The bed was awful probably 20 years old and there was NO furniture in this big room. When we got to our floor, there were some dishes put out for housekeeping and these dishes stayed there the entire time we were there. I would never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it at all.

| The hotel beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were extremely thin. The bathroom is very small. The view was terrible. All we saw was old, run-down structures and trash. I would stay outside of the city. The one good thing is the $7 parking w/ in and out privileges. The people were nice, but I wouldn't stay there again. We left a day early just so we didn't have to stay there another night. The hotel rooms were clean enough, but the AC unit was very loud.

| The Cleanliness and service were great, but the overall comfort levels of the room were horrible. The beds were so hard I may have well been sleeping on the floor. The bathroom was so small and cramped that the door actually blocked the half of the bath tub that the toilet did not. On top of that the toilet seats had sharp edges that actually cut my wife and I. Though I don't know if the same applies to every room in the last situation, I doubt the other, similar class, rooms are much better. I would consider staying here again, but definitely opt for the better room.

| The Hotel Is ok, a little outdated that is to be expected because it is an old bulding. In downtown. The beds are great! They had sleep #beds. My only main complaints were that my card was billed for my stay. They somehow billed me instead of expedia. It was resolved in the end. The other is that we booked a non smoking king 4 mos in advance and they could only give us two doubles when we checked in. The House keeping is great!!!! Kind of sucks to pay for parking but I am from a small town and not used to staying in a hotel.

| This hotel was far below normal Radison standards. The parking garage was not secure and the doors leading to the hotel were not clearly marked. The beds were subpar and the tub did not drain after taking showers. We expected far more than what we actually got. If you are visiting Richmond, choose another hotel; perhaps something in another part of town.

| Small size of hotel makes elevator noises audible in all rooms. Parking garage very limited and cramped. Stairwells and garage area need maintenance. No internet connection in my room; do not know if available in other rooms.

| I stayed here last weekend for the first time. The price wasn't bad, but it was no where as nice as a few other downtown Richmond hotels. The actual room was very large but the service was lacking. They could be a little more friendly and the room service needs to become better at cleaning the hallways etc.

| Great central location and excellent staff service. Rooms need to be updated a bit but all in all it was a good value and I would recommend this hotel (esp. for business).
