What to expect: This hotel offers a quiet respite from its hectic Buckhead surroundings. The lobby's clubby décor includes dark-wood accents, leather sofas, and polished marble floors. Though it caters to a corporate crowd, the Doubletree also attracts vacationers who come for Buckhead’s nightclubs, renowned restaurants, and luxury shopping. Amenity highlights: Guests have complimentary use of the health club located across from the hotel, which has gym facilities, a swimming pool, and a spa. A shuttle provides complimentary transportation within a three-mile radius, and the Buckhead MARTA station, with rail access to downtown Atlanta and the airport, is 100 yards from the hotel. Insider tip: The hotel is less than two blocks from Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza, said to offer some of the best shopping in the Southeast.

| Very comfortable and a great value. The shuttle will only take you about 3 miles, but there's plenty to do around the hotel (eating & drinking) so that's not really an issue.

| This was the best hotel I stayed in for a week on the road. The service was extremely favorable. There's a very nice mall located close by. The hotel offers a suttle service to & from. The cookies that DoubleTree is famous for where great. Overall, the total experience was terrific. I would highly recommend this facility.

| Great location within a stone's throw of Lenox, Phipps and Buckhead restaurants. Accomodating staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Only downside is parking lot some distance from hotel, but not much of a negative, really...

| I travelled to Atlanta over the Thanksgiving weekend to see a ball game and chose the Doubletree based on location (Buckhead) and reputation. Unfortunately, I was mildly disappointed. The heating/cooling unit in our room was either too hot or too cold. The room was not cleaned until after 3 pm. The service and amenities were adequate, but nothing more than less expensive lodging close by.

| Had a nice stay at this hotel. It's easily accessable from Rt. 400 (toll road) and Rt. 85. Located in a quiet area with no outside noise to disturb you. Only "complaint" was having to pay $14/day for parking, but hey...this is Buckhead, what do you expect?

| My business trip to Atlanta occured during the holiday week between Christmas and New Years. The hotel staff went out of their way to suggest places I might like to visit or eat and gave great directions. There weren't many guests and so they did not have the usual Doubletree breakfast buffet but the waitress and chef went out of their way to prepare a custom breakfast of my choice and delivered it fast and hot and delicious. It's easy to walk from the hotel to the Metro and also to great shopping at the Phipps Center and the Mall. I wish I'd have had more time to stay and enjoy the area.

| From the warm welcome and warm cookies when we first arrived to the complimentary courier service to Lenox mall our ecxperience here was superb. We really enjoyed our stay. the staff was friendly and professional, the room was warm and inviting. the comfort bedding was a bit mushy but otherwise and excellent stay.

| Is close to good dining and was handy for my meeting at CDC although I had a rental car for such purposes. "Crunch" is an excellent exercise facility which is nearby and with courtesy usage by hotel guests. They had approximately 32 treadmills as an example. Almost any kind of exercise equipment and facilities were available there. Hotel food was quite good and the bar was a friendly atmosphere with openess to the lobby. Very enjoyable place to stay and is just off the main street so traffic is minimal in front of the hotel.
