| Nice hotel located in a neighborhood that gives you a feel for the common Hong Kong resident. Located several blocks from MTR stations, buses and taxis abound. This hotel is off the beaten path of your typical tourist hotel. Great views of the harbor, plentiful air conditioning, good security. Daily cleaning of the room is superficial, at best.

| We were disappointed in the quality of the place. It was in a dirty neighborhood. The kitchen was almost non-existent. The front desk spoke very little english. The place was small and a little dirty. The only positives were the two bathrooms had plenty of hot water and the place was pretty cheap for a three bedroom apartment in Hong Kong.

| It's pretty good and safe, close to all especially with the kids who like to eat Mc Donalds and KFC, is a walking distance to MTR and buses and the street market is just right around the corner.Dragon Mall is awesome.

| This hotel not to far from Train Station so you can get around pretty easy. The location of this hotel in the old part of Hongkong (not in shopping strip). It is very safe location though. However, people that work in the hotel does not or not fluent in English. We have quite challanging time in order to describe what we want or need. The room is quite nice and clean. Overall, I think this place is good value to stay in.

| I stayed at Olympic Terrace in Oct 2005. Although my reservation was supposed to have a kitchen, they gave me a room w/o kitchen initially. But the management promptly gave me another room with kitchen when I questioned. We also found the bathroom floor pretty dirty. The Housekeeping prompty provided me with the mop to take care of it. Travelers need to be aware that the double-bed isn't really that big. If you two are pretty big people, you may have problem. Also, the location is very "local". If you take a taxi, the address alone is sometimes not sufficient. It is better to also tell drivers the cross-street, "Kweilin Street". It is nice that the room has cable TV, free local phone calls and direct phone number.
