| We had 2 adults & 3 teens on trip. Usually we have to get rollaway bed for extra kid but our room had big, comfortable sofa bed. Nice pools and gym, too.

| Upon walking into the room my fiance and I found it tacky that the exact same picture hung above both King beds. That was only the bigging. The bathrooms were unclean and had a foul odor. The towels were about as useful as raincoats when trying to dry off. Yet, all of this is minor compared to the rude service we recieved from the management and people at the front desk. At one point I called to ask if the rooms had HBO or whether there was a channel guide I could recieve. The response on the other end was laughter. "We don't have nothing like that," she said, "can't help ya." And they didn't help us at all. We had booked 9 nights, but after my fiance's grandmother passed away we really just wanted to leave. Bolero refused to work with us and several of our night went unused. Bolero was terrible.

| We were pleased with location of the hotel close to the boardwalk and beach. We parked the car (ample parking) and left it there for most of the stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and included a refrigerator and microwave, though no coffee pot. Noise level from other guests was pretty high, but this was the shore at the height of the season, so it was not unexpected. Indoor pool, spa, and workout area on seventh floor offered breathtaking views of the boardwalk. Restaurant on the premises offered exceptional food, though service was slow at times.

| No amenities in the room, such as coffee pot, alarm clock, iron, ironing board,or shampoo. Two king beds, only one double bed blanket. Bring your own hangers. AC did work well. My room was not in the main part of the Resort. Maybe those rooms are better, don't know.

| It was fine for a one night stay, but would probably not book it for a week's stay.

| This Hotel had it all. Location, quality, and value. As a family of four we were with two children under three we were hesitant to stay in Wilwood. That all changed once we got to the Bolero. The service was very good. The hotel was recently remodeled with all new bathrooms, a restaurant, excellent A/C and all the modern conveniences(Fridge, microwave). The prices were very reasonable. And, there was enough to do within walking distance of the hotel, even on a rainy day at the shore. The boardwalk is less than one block away. There are several restaurants and nightclubs within walking distance. We basically parked our car and didn't need it until we checked out. The only regret is that we didn't stay long enough. The rating says two stars but I think it is at least a three star.

| I was not very impressed with this hotel/motel at all. The room was very dark(2 of the lamps were broken). I had to make my kids wear their shoes in the room because the carpet was so filthy it turned my sons feet black. I would certainly not stay at this motel again and I would not recommend it to others. The only thing good about this motel was the location(1 block from the beach and the boardwalk)

| We had an extremely great time. Check in was quick and effortless as was checkout. The staff was all pleasant. The pool and hot tub was wonderful both indoor and outdoor. The rooms are easily accesible. The beds are a little hard but that's just personal preference. We plan on using this hotel for future vacations.

| This hotel is great if you're looking for a low rate and little luxury. I was most impressed with the top floor fitness center and indoor heated pool with a great view of the Boardwalk. I also enjoyed the refrigerator in the room, but would have liked some complementary coffee or continental breakfast in the mornings. Overall, not impressive but not a disappointment.
