The room was clean, the next bus stop 2minutes away, bathroom was clean. Thats all I needed. I think its a great hotel if you are just looking for a bed to sleep in. Who needs cabel in NY anyways? I think it was a good deal and i would always go back. Thanks to everybody that wrote a review. It helped me a lot picking a good and cheap place to stay!! Oh and the view you have on the bus stop is awesome. You can see the hole skyline from NYC!!!!

Stay at hotel went smoothly. Clean room, friendly staff, good AC, closest thing to Manhattan without actually staying there. Convenient place to stay and unbeatable price. Will stay there again next time.

Very convenient and close to NYC, room was plane but comfortable with cold A/C. The only drawback was to find a parking first night, had to drive around for 15 minutes. Other than that the stay was pleasant and staff was heplful.

Stayed at this hotel while visiting NYC. The location was very convenient for daily sightseeing and the view of the city from the hotel was nice. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms (although shared). Not a luxury hotel, but the price is great!

I regret to live this dirt hotel very much. It is like a nightmare. When I enter the room, I found some blood on the sheet,When I get up the next morning. I felt itch in my face, my arm and leg. Then I had rash on my face, arm and leg. I keep on scratching, I felt so itch that I can not go to sleep the next night...Upon to now, One week past, The rash still in my face, arm and leg. I still feel itch. I hate this hotel very much. ...

This hotel was not the greatest i have ever stayed at. It was more of a hostle than a hotel, and be aware: no private baths. Very close to the city though and not a horrid neighborhood.

If you're cheap and don't mind sharing a bathroom with a couple of rooms, this is a nice comfortable place to go. Just a block from a beautiful scenic overlook of Manhattan and with some great latin food just up the block. Parking is tough though. Only a 15 minute ferry or bus ride to the city.
