| The online pics of the hotel make the exterior look much nicer than it actually looks. I didn't recognize the hotel when we pulled up to it. The interior was beautiful, and they have gorgeous atriums that some rooms go out into. However, I was in the tower part of the hotel. I ordered a non-smoking room, and could smell slight residual smoke in my room. My view was of a Toronto low income housing complex, complete with laundry being hung over the balconies. We shared the same lot, which made me concerned about the security of my car. They've done all that they can to make the inside of the hotel gorgeous. The indoor pool was nice, but there were some sugar ants around. The staff is VERY attentive and personable, and the food was excellent. The hotel is about 25 minutes away from the tourist areas in Toronto. If this hotel was put somewhere else (not Toronto) I'd stay there again...but I won't go to Toronto again. I was very disappointed in my trip there.
