| This place is showing its age and the staff doesn't seem to work to offset that. We came back to our room at 3:30 in the afternoon after being gone since 9:00 and found that the room was still not cleaned. When told at check out the clerk said "I hope you'll return in the future." No apologies offered.

| For the price, I would recommend other hotels at Cocoa Beach. It was nice though. The pool was small and while there was a sign for a sauna, we could not locate one. They also had difficulty keeping towels available for the pool.

| My kids and I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton! The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was directly on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I made a great choice picking this hotel.

| It was amazing. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I loved the hotel. The only thing is there is really nothing within walking distance so you will be driving everywhere!

| Although the hotel was good, I would definitedly advise anyone to stay away from the restaurant, at least for breakfast. The price was far, far too expensive.

| My family and I stopped by Cocoa beach coming from a 4-night stay at the Disney World Swan. After 4 days of Disney parks, we are ready for some relaxation. This hotel was badly damaged by a hurricane in 04 I think so it has been renovated from top to bottom sometime mid 05. We can still smell the fresh paint. Our 2 connecting rooms were both facing south and we have a large partial view of the beach/ocean and a huge garden. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We love those beds! The staff was fantastic. They did an excellent job on getting us the best top floor rooms for the rate we've paid. The overall service was superb.

| The hilton is a business hotel, and not a real vacation spot. No balconies, no windows that open, $14 hamburgers, sterile rooms, etc. Our first night was in a smoking room, because non-smoking was not available. Horrible experience. The beach is nice, but a good walk to any restaurants. We might go back if we have to (cant find anything else), but sure dont want to return. The place is not a disaster by any means, but should be so much more for the money.

| The Hilton at Cocoa Beach was recently renovated to a modern decor. It is not "beachy" looking. The staff was very attentive and accomodating. The facilities, however, are very geared towards business travelers not families. There are no gift shops, game rooms, large pools or anything remotely entertaining for a child.
