| During peak hours the front desk was closed for over an hour. There was a sign in the window saying the person would return in 10 minutes. I tried two different rooms at this hotel and neither one had good air conditioning. The phones also did not work in the room. The free internet service would not stay connected all the time.

| Location was great. Parking is free which is good. Room condition needs work, bathroom especially. The room was clean but smell. For the price and location, it was OK.

| We were totally satisfied with this hotel regardless its low star rating. It was clean, and the service was friendly. Only minor problem was the traffic noise. Thank you to the staff!

| The hotel is a clean budget hotel. There is no on-site restaurant but there are some places near by. The neighborhood is decent and looked safe. Over all it was a decent place to stay, my only real complaint is that the office had very limited hours. They may be remodeling the office, if so that might account for part of the problem
