| The hotel was in need of a little TLC, however, was clean and we felt safe. One of the staff mentioned that it was being updated and remodeled starting next week. The staff, especially the 2 shuttle drivers, were extremely friendly and very helpful especially when we asked for driving directions. There was only one young gentleman who worked behind the desk that always made us feel like we were bothering him. The rest of the staff were very attentive to our needs. The free breakfast buffet was wonderful. Everything from eggs, waffles, cereals, pastries and fruits. It is minutes away from Opryland Hotel, Opry Mills Mall and the Grand Ole Opry. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance. The travel time to the city is also not bad at all. Our one disappointment (being from the North) is that the hotel did not have CMT on their TV line up. It is always a treat to be able to see the country music videos when down south and we were surprised that we could not, especially being in "Country Music USA".

| Hotel was a great value for the money. Continental breakfast was great, with many choices of foods to choose from. Shuttle to and from the Opryland Hotel was prompt; greatly appreciated! Have to return next year for business and will very likely stay there again.

| The hotel needs to be updated and wasn't very clean. We checked out after one day and moved to another hotel.

| The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was extensive for a free continental breakfast. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean, but in need of some updating. I felt the value for the price was great. I would definitely stay here again.

| We were extremely happy with everything about this hotel. We stayed somewhere else last year - because it was a few dollars cheaper - what a big mistake. This year we went back! Also, their continental breakfast would make any buffet restaurant take a look twice at this hotel's food.

| Unfortunately, this hotel is a little tired and lax in the cleaning department. My room was comfortable, yet not once did housekeeping clean it. They changed towels and emptied the garbage, but never once dusted or cleaned the bathroom. This extended to the condition of one of the elevators. A guest had gotten ill the night before in the elevator and although it had been cleaned up a putrid smell remained. As I was getting into the elevator, unaware of what had happened, maitenance came in and sprayed the spot on the carpet. The smell lingered into the next day as several riders on the elevator commented. Later, some white powder was dumped on the spot and it remained there for 2 days. Finally, on my day of departure, the white powder was gone, but the stench remained. Hopefully, management will remove the offensive carpet.The included breakfast was very nice and offered more options than other hotels I have stayed in.

| The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. They made reservations for us for sightseeing tours, taxis, and dinner reservations as well. The only drawback for me was that I wish there was more separation between the rooms of the suite.
