| The web pictures make the hotel look more impressive than the actual room/service. Several tips may help others who do not heed the above title(Find somewhere else). First, if you need early check-in(before 4:00 PM) call to ensure your room is ready, before checking in(otherwise you may have several hours to spend walking the lovely streets while awaiting you room to be cleaned). Second, call at least 4-6 hours in advance if you need an iron(there are only 2 in the entire hotel). Third and final recommendation, throw the comforter on the floor as soon as you walk in the room(it maybe stained with the previous occupants DNA!). Don't say I didn't warn you!

| Great location, very nice room at a GREAT price (especially in Aspen)! The room was a little on the small side but the high ceilings made it seems larger. It was very comfortable (had a sofa and small table & chairs) and very, very clean. It was nice to have the plush robes, in-room refrigerator and microwave. We liked the "boutique" feeling of it and would definitely stay there again.

| What more can we say...great staff, great room, great location, great roof deck with hot tub. Wouldn't think twice about staying here again. Helpful staff provided great refferals for dining, shopping and even provided car service to retrieve our lost luggage. Our room had a mini-fridge, microwave and tons of storage.

| I've stayed in Aspen in many condos over the years. Independence Square Bed and Breakfast rooms are not condo's but have amenities and decor that provide comfort, convenience, and friendy service. Wireless connection, microwave, coffee pot, mini frig in the rooms, TV, VCR, and CD player. Plus right across the street from gondola and buses to all ski areas. More reasonable than a condo with continental breakfast to boot.
