| I rented a room at the Embassy Suites for the night and ended up with a conference room and a bedroom. I was expecting more of a living room setting, but ended up with a conference table and 8 chairs, so it's safe to say that I was a little disappointed. I guess I could have complained, but I was only staying for one night and I was tired. But the room was spotless, the pillows rock and the staff was nice, so I'd recommend it. Just make sure you know what kind of room you're getting at check in.

| Like Most Embassy Suites, these rooms were nice with two rooms (great with kids) and a mini bar area. The full breakfast in the mornings were nice also and included in our rate (which was reasonable). Three blocks from the Blue Line made travelling very nice in Chicago without having to pay the hotel rates downtown! I would recommend this hotel!

| We were very happy with this hotel. The room was huge, everything was very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable (lots of pillows!). The "complimentary breakfast" was great - made to order omlettes, a buffet with scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage and French toast - as well as muffins, a waffle maker, toast and bagels, fruit and yogurt. I put "complimentary breakfast" in quotes - because we figured the fact that we still had to pay $18 for parking, but didn't have to pay extra for breakfast - evened out the price. The fitness center had cardio machines, plus a free weight bench. Overall, we would definitely go back!

| This hotel is close to the convenetion center and there is a walkway so you can avoid the busy street. Nice modern decor. Prompt room service and they'll hold your bags after you have checked out if the event your attending is not over yet. There is also timely airport shuttle service that takes you directly to your terminal. Made to order breakfast or buffet is included.

| Nice hotel. The suite is especially nice if you have a family and want to let kids sleep in one room while you stay up and watch TV in the other. The breakfast is very good and is included with the price of the room. The one downside is you have to pay $16/day for parking.

| Overall, the hotel room was OK. The bathroom needs ventilation. Odors linger way too long. The hotel garage is isolated, dark and spooky. Looks like a good place to get mugged. Parking inadequate for registration and check-out.

| I was really satisfied, but there was one thing: the hotel personal is not very friendly to foreign guests. For example, when you don't understand very well, then they are not very patient with you.

| It took forever for the shuttle to pick me up for transport to the hotel. On checkout, the shuttle driver kept 3 of us waiting more than 10 minutes before transporting us back to O'Hare

| The hotel is open, spacious, and light. Rooms are equipped with enough amenities to keep you quite comfortable. I also greatly appreciated the efforts to reduce water waste and cost by not washing sheets on a daily basis. USA Today at the front step every morning is a beautiful touch, the gift shop stays open until 11pm, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downsides are things you may not even miss if you aren't a Seattleite (which I am). The espresso bar closes in the afternoon (just when you need that pick-me-up to carry you into the evening!) and worst of all, internet access is a whopping $10 per day! I would not hesitate to return here if internet access were complimentary or at least half of what the current rates are.

| the access to the convention center is a covered walk way over the street. great for bad weather days evreyone at the hotel seemed to have an excellent additude toward what ever service we used, and we used them all. Although the bar is understaffed and the bartender has to really run if you order food there.
