| It is in a great location. Right across the street from Busch stadium. A great view of the St. Louis Arch. It was great to have a free shuttle to the Convention Center. The shuttle runs all day. The room was very comfortable. I will stay here on my next vist to St. Louis.

| My only complaint is that my daughter wanted to hook up her wireless. She called three times! It took them almost two hours to bring the cable and only after I called and made a stink. I don't like to have to do that. Also, it was after the day person was gone and the night (or evening) person had taken over. She was VERY nice. The guy, very condescending toward my daughter. "oh yeah, it's on the way", or "yup, should be there any second". He really got on my nerves! Why should I have to complain. I shouldn't. He just should have done his job and taken care of the customer!! On top of this, I was charged for the day when she only was able to use it for two hours!!

| The overall hotel was great. We were disappointed with the hotel restaurant's Sunday morning breakfast buffet. Our waiter didn't do a very good job. We waited several minutes before being waited on. The hot food in the buffet was cold to warm, not hot at 9 am.

| Don't let the other downtown hotels fool you. This is the only one with views of everything. Can't be beat for a baseball experience.

| The only real complaint was that the windows was dirty on the outside but due to the high winds and the open sand pit that used to be the old stadium, I dont suppose they could be helped. Other than that, the view was outstanding. Valet was a little high at 21 dollars a day but it was handy. 5 minute walk to get into the ballgame was awesome. Would defiantly stay again.

| Hotel room is clean and large enough. The problem is with parking. When we tried to check into the hotel, the valet parking is full as well as self parking are which is inconveniently located some distance from the hotel. As a consequence, we could not check into the hotel until a later time, that is, after the ball game. You would think that the hotel would reserve a few parking spaces for hotel checkins. If valet parking was available and you chose to use it to check in. It'd cause you over 20 dollars just to check in.
