| Had 3 hotels we were looking at and we are very glad that we chose this one. Centrally located next to Bellevue Square, great dining and easy freeway access to any which way you need to go. Minutes to Seattle. Absolutely loved it!

| The room we stayed in was great. Beds were so comfortable and there was a flat screen tv. The lobby is gorgeous and the staff was extremely helpful. Location was perfect: plenty of options for dining and shopping.

| We stayed at the hotel following a 6 Night cruise. On the cruise we had the queen size bed that involved two beds pushed together. When we reached the hotel and saw the big plush king size bed with plenty of pillows (my husband usually needs 3 to 4 and there were 6) we were in heaven. We stayed in one of their regency club rooms so we had access to the club which had great views of Seattle. The hotel itself is within Bellvue Square which had shopping, restaurants and entertainment right out the door. There were some strange noises that we could hear from our room, and it seemed that guests checking out had first priority on valet service, which is fine if you tell someone that it may be awhile for a car so you're not standing outside in the rain for 20 minutes watching all these other cars brought up first. That was the only reason it didn't get 5's all down the board. When it was our turn to check out our car was waiting for us when we got to the curb.

| Stayed during Memorial Day weekend. The clerk that checked us in was not very pleasant. When asked where the pool was we were told that we would be given a pass to use the gym across the hotel. We would've re-checked the amenities online but to do that you will be charged $10/day to use their Wi-Fi access. We weren't told about the breakfast buffet that they had available. I only found out about this right now as I re-read what this supposed 4-star hotel had to offer. There was no fridge or microwave in the rooms. When we did request it, it took almost 2 hrs (almost midnight) to get it delivered. The same clerk that took our request for the fridge was very snippy about getting one sent to the room. There's no self-serve laundry, so you can forget about packing light. They will do your laundry for a charge of course. It is disappointing that hotel guests still have to pay $11/day for parking. On the last night we were there we came back to find our beds done but it looked like the maid wasn't having a good day. The place needed a little bit more straightening out-especially the beds. We stayed at a supposedly "lesser" rated inn the night before and our room was very clean, the onsite pool was open 24-hours/day, parking and Wi-Fi was free, there was in room fridge & microwave, the beds were bigger, we were advised of the free cont. breakfast when we checked in (at 11:30pm) and the front staff was super pleasant. If you're on a family holiday, this isn't the place for you.
