| The hotel its self was very nice, room was very comfortable, registration staff was friendly and promptly greeted us when we entered lobby. Bed had pillow top mattress. The ONLY draw back was the resturant. Resturant staff was indifferent to customers, had to flag down a waitress to get service, took a long time (30+ minutes) to get food. Food was good.

| Aircondition loud. Had to ask for more towels each day. Four people in a room, and they would leave towels for two.

| Only complaint was the bathroom had to be recleaned. Also one other room smelled like smoke. The hotel had some exterior construction going on. However, the pool was nice.

| I've stayed at three hotels in the immediate airport area and like this one best. Parking is not a problem, fitness room is better then most and it's very nice to have food available. The breakfast is nicer then most and they give you two free drink coupons per day.

| This was our 2nd time to stay at the Clarion near the Tucson airport. Each time the staff has been very helpful and polite. The rooms and the grounds are well kept. It's convenient to the airport and near a major cross street that takes you easily to the interstate or downtown streets. The breakfast buffet was nicer than the typical hotel breakfast fare, too.

| I don't think this is what a 3 star hotel is supposed to be like. I had mold and mildew in the bathroom, the towels were scratchy and the TV kept shutting off automatically. The front desk staff was not friendly and the buffet breakfast was cold when it was supposed to be hot! I was very disappointed! Would not stay here again

| We will always stay at the Clarion when we're in Tucson. The facility is wonderful and the complete, hot breakfast is an added bonus (the breakfast alone has gotta be a $30 savings for a family of 4)!
