| We have stayed here a few times, both with our kids and without. The king beds were comfortable, I can't say the same about the double beds. But the extra room you have in these suites is wonderful. A family of four won't be tripping over each other.

| This hotel used to be Amerisuites. It closed a few years ago and it would appear that all of the furniture was put in storage at that time. So when you stay there you will notice that everything is scratched. It is an affordable, no frills stay, located next to the major shopping area. Basic, but fine unless the condition of the furniture is important to you.

| After making reservations for a recent weekend stay, I read with dismay the reviews. However, my husband and I were very pleased with the hotel and would certainly recommend it and plan to stay there again. It was clean and confortable though it could be updated. The staff were extra helpful and the complimentary breakfast better than most.

| It wasn't one big event that made us sure we wouldn't return, but a series of small complaints that made this a bittersuite stay. First it took three trips to the sixth floor to get a key to work in the lock. Next, the room we stayed in, while technically a suite had seen much better days; one wall was missing a picture and the fringe was hanging off of a lamp. We received the king size bed we requested, however, we both ended up in the middle of its valley as the night progressed! The staff was friendly which was a plus. I asked for change and received a roll of nickels, hardly the most convenient way to purchase a snack.

| When we first checked in, they assigned us a room, when we went to that room it reeked of dog/cat urine to high heaven - it was disgusting! They allow pets, those with allergies should take caution!!!! They did assign us a different room - the furniture is shabby and chipped and cracked everywhere, the beds have NO support, the ceiling in the bathroom was cracked and chipping paint and the floor was sticky. The next night when we ret'd we found the tv/vcr not working (no cables), the drinking glasses were not replaced, they had just pulled the cover over the bed - sheets were still bunched up at the bottom. The front desk told me there was nothing they could do that I had to call back during 'normal business hours'!?!??!!?!?! and there was no manager on duty to speak with..... are you kidding me? I paid for this????? The indoor pool is NOT heated - freezing cold. The ONLY decent thing was the cont. breakfast - but heck, you can get those anywhere, and I'd recommend to anyone considering this hotel to do just that. Very disappointing accommodations and service. I only rated it as 1's because there are no 0's.

| The cleanleness of the suite was deplorable. The furnishings were dust covered and appeared to have been purchased from an off price damage sale. The worse part was what appeared to be the smell of dog urine throughout the room.

| This hotel was great. From the staff to the rooms to the little extras all made this one of the most comfortable places I've stayed. If you're looking for a top of the line luxury hotel, this is not the place. But it is a GREAT value and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay in the Portland area. I'm actually planning on going back in a few weeks and will stay at this hotel again.

| Comfortable stay, nice indoor pool. Not happy with daily room-keeping. Didn't have a remote, bathrooms kinda not cleaned well. And only 10 channels on tv!
