| Our family made plans to meet in the Twin Cities for a much anticipated weekend getaway. We reserved three one bed room suites for each of the three couples. When we arrived, we were notified that they didn't have our reservation, even though it had been confirmed, and that they were sold out. After an hour and a half of discussion, they generously (sarcasim intended) offered to put all of us in a two bed room suite with a pull out couch and credited the group all of $11. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that the hotel management decided to cancel our lower price reservations in favor of the much higher daily rate for that weekends events. And for some reason, I thought this was called the hospitality industry... Needless to say, we will be looking for other hotels in the future. Cross Marrriott off your list.

| The staff was very accomodating and helpful prior to and during my stay. The rooms are clean, good sized, and adequately sound proofed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown MPLS.
