| I was not impressed at all We were supposed to get turn down service and it only happened two nights out of five. Everything that has to do with money was inflated. We were told it was scuba divers dream. I totally disagree there. Where were the boats to take us??

| Overall, this hotel is amazing! The place is huge, very beautiful, and all of the staff are willing to help you at any given moment. The rooms have an excellent view and the pools are awesome. The only complaint we had was how expensive food and drinks at the hotel were. You got free water one minute, and were paying for it the next. You had to pay to use the work out room and the tennis courts. It truly is a 5 star hotel, and you are treated as such, it is just too bad nothing else is included in the price you pay to stay here.

Just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in Cancun, or walking distance from Cancun's famous clubs, Fiesta Americana Coral Beach is on of the best, if not the best, hotel in Cancun. With the friendliest and nicest service you can find arround, this will be my place for family vacations for the foreseeable future.

| Some of the locals referred to FA Grand Coral beach as the second best hotel in the region. After our stay there we understood why it was so good. The staff is top notch. They will go out of their way to make sure that your stay at the hotel is as comfortable as possible. Through Expedia we were able to get the breakfast buffet included as part of our package and it was well worth it because of the variety of food to choose from. Unfortunately the complaints about firm mattress is not an exaggeration. It feels like your sleeping on a box spring instead of a mattress and took us a few days to be able to get a full night sleep. Also, if you want to use the tennis courts you need rent the cours by hour. The business center was nice and I used it to access the Internet, for also a cost (you can also get a keyboard from the hotel and access the internet through the tv). The hotel is located in a great location. You have access to many restaurants, gift shops and for those who like to dance lots of night clubs. If we ever go back to Cancun (which we may do) we will consider this hotel.
