| I have stayed at the property three times now and it my preferred location when I travel to Austin. Since it is aging, some of the wear and tear shows, but I find it clean and comfortable every time.

| When I arrived, there were two desk clerks, each helping somone check in. I was next in line, but it was still almost 20 minutes before I was checked in and given a key. When I got to my room (at the far end of the hotel), I opened the door only to find someone else's luggage already in the room. I went back to the front desk and the lady that checked me in knew what had happened before I told her, so she obviously had some idea that there was a possibility that there might be someone already in the room. Clean overall; internet connection was very slow during the entire stay.

| Hotel is clean, convenient location in southwest Austin. Good for fairly inexpensive business travel in this part of town.
