| The Comfort Inn of Emporia Kansas, which opened its doors for the very first time in June 2005, is located just off I-35 at exit 128. The hotel has 45 spacious and comfortable guest rooms, some with Jacuzzis. The hotel amenities consist of FREE high speed Internet access, dataport connection, indoor heated pool, FREE deluxe continental breakfast with hot waffles, fitness room, guest laundry, among other features. The guest room amenities consist of 27 inch TVs with 70 cable stations ( HBO, ESPN and AMC), iron/board, coffee maker, hair dryer, and our bedding includes pillow mattresses, plus many extras.

| Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was VERY comfortable - slept very well for all 3 nights I was there. The armchair in the room was uncomfortable - the back was almost vertical. However, the desk chair was very comfortable. Also, there was no wardrobe in the room - ironing board, luggage rack, and iron were sitting on the floor near the door. However, this may have been due to being fully booked - the NCAA Division II National Track and Field Championships were ongoing when I arrived and athletes and coaches filled the rest of the hotel. Overall conveniently located to restaurants.
