| We were in Georgia for our sons graduation at Fort Benning. The hotel was nice our room and keys were ready when we arrived in the middle of the night! Very close to the airport and the base was only about 10 minutes away. Restaurants are close by, a mall and the food at the hotel was very good.

| I really enjoyed my two nights I stayed at the hotel. The fitness center, pool, and hottub were great for passing the time. Roomservice for breakfast was incredibly reasonable and convenient. You just put your selections on a door hanger the night before and breakfast arrives in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel is pretty close to Ft. Benning, so that was helpful. For everything that was offered, the hotel was reasonably priced as well.

| Airport is a misnomer as hotel is about a mile or so (seven stoplights) from the Columbus Airport.

| First of all the room service was extremely slow. They have on the room service menu that if you do not receive your meal in 30 minutes, the meal is free. It took an hour and 15 minutes for us to receive our meal. We had to call the dining room twice to see if they had forgotten that we ordered. The person who brought the meal up had an attitude and the next morning when we complained there seem to be a problem about them making good on the guarantee. Not only that, we had to come go to the front desk several times to get the key programmed to fit our room. It was ridiculous. I will never stay here again and I will tell everyone that I know that comes to the area to bypass this place because the service stinks!!!!!!!!!

| We were in town for the Auburn football game. The people at the hotel were very nice. The room was ok - nothing fancy. It was clean, but an older hotel. The food was great. I would have no problem staying there again.
