| San Berndardino has a limited supply of nicer hotels. The Radisson staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was very spacious, though just started to show a little wear. The hotel is also conveniently located across from the mall and half a block from a movie theater.

| Poor service! Awful experience with faulse fire alarms going on all night and the whole morning of the following day. Security personnel responded to situation not promptly enough, not clarifying situation with guests in a timely manner...
