| Am sure that there are better places to stay. The lobby staff was polite, but overall the place is a dump. There was dirty wash clothes in the bathroom when we arrived. The chair was dirty, obviously so. The room smelled musty. The mattress pad did not fit the king sized bed. Second day the house keeper didn't even bother to come and refresh anything, including the coffee. There was a breakfast served, but the hotel kept a low profile on it, no times posted anywhere. Overall we were unhappy and will stay at another facility next time we go to Columbia and need a hotel.

| very large room size, other than that i will not return to this location. shower curtain had numerous mildew stains, bathroom in totality was rather unpleasant. beds were broke down and badly needed replaces. room was large in size but badly outdated, my advice,"keep on shopping."

| Outdated shower fixtures. Lousy shower. clogged sink drain. Very rude third shift desk attendent. Pricing was fair.

| We were limited because it was MU Homecoming and most everything was booked up but with the Ramada name, I thought "How bad could it be?" Even though the staff at the front desk was most accomodating, the first room we were put in had a toilet that had overflowed in the bathroom and smelled disgusting. We were moved to a new room that was old, carpet stained and stunk of mildew. Water had apparently leaked through the roof at one time , ceiling tiles were put up to mask it but the whole corner of the room was warped with mold growing in it. I would never go back.

| My son and I made reservations using expedia.com just the two days before and got a wonderful price for the room! We had a very pleasant person at the registration desk and the room was very nice and comfortable. (Especially at the price that we got it for!!) My ONLY regret about the stay was that my son woke up too late and that we were not able to enjoy the free continental breakfast. Check out was super fast and once again... a very pleasant woman helped us speed through the process! I will consider using BOTH again in the future!!
