| Front desk personnel on the day shift were very nice and helpful; not so on the night shift, when the lady at the desk was very unfriendly and gave us a hard time every night we came back. Our room was not cleaned one day, we returned at midnight to find the room exactly as we left it, and we were not offered any satisfaction. The manager was not available any time we asked for her during our three days stay.

| Just an average hotel. Didn't like the "insect control" box right under the headboard. "Country Kitchen" restaurant just one block away. Downtown 3-4 blocks walk. Courtyard parking / drop-off zone convenient but noisy for light sleepers.

| Good for one-night stay if coming in from airport and leaving next day. Would not spend an extended time here, only because there are a lot better places in Anchorage for only a little more money. Plus, not in the best part of town or very convenient for downtown shopping.

| It was hot, no air conditioning. First floor, didn't want to leave window open, security reasons. Wanted a ride to the conference center, one employee said I might be able. The morning we needed the ride they said NO.

| Beds aren't that great, but overall the room was fine. Not in the best part of town. Overnight staff was less than professional.
