| This hotel was beautiful inside. The staff was helpful and check in and check out was quick and efficient. It was close enough to Angel Stadium for my kids and husband to walk. We would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the hotel more.

| Very overpriced for what you get. You have to pay for everything extra ex: internet access at a very unreasonable price, the breakfast was extremely overpriced. Probably won't go back.

| The Hilton Suites posed problems for us upon check-in. The key cards coded at the front desk would not work. They were coded again - still did not work. The manager accompanied us to our room - they still did not work. The maintenance man came to the room and installed a new lock. We continued to have problems with both key cards. The key card would work for 24 hours, then stop working. To their credit the hotel management offered us free dinner in the hotel restaurant (which was delicious and the service was impeccable). The front desk employee had a terrible sneer - not a good representative for customer service. Our room was somewhat shabby and worn-down. The sofabed positively drooped. The hotel is quiet due to its design, but we were still plagued with noisy kids running in the hallway outside our door. I would have preferred being on a higher floor. I wish the Hilton chain would figure out how to provide better showers. The flow of water is stingy, to say the least. I strongly dislike having the bathroom mirror so far away that you cannot see your face to put on makeup. Maid service was choppy. They tossed out things that belonged to us, and failed to deliver fresh bags of coffee, which I find annoying for a hotel in that price range. The bathtub was so filthy, we couldn't bring ourselves to use it.

| As I arrived to my room I noted the smell of smoke and the room was very warm. ( I had requested a "non-smoking room) I called the front desk and indicated my concerns. I was immediately moved to another room. No fuss, no muss! The staff was great!

| Stayted in a newly renovated room. However, next to the elevator and elevator noise was annoying. Indoor pool needs to be renovated (i.e. tile coming off walls and kind of moldy)

| Selected a well known hotel chain when traveling out of town with my family because thought would have good experience. Hotel had many things broken and our room was not maintained well. When requested things would take hours to get help. Would not replace things in room regularly. A few good points was the indoor and outdoor pool for the cooler weather stay, the well stocked gift shop and the front desk clerk that helped us find our camera which we lost on the shuttle.

| Although a bit shopworn (peeling wallpaper in bathroom), spotless and comfortable - all within an easy drive of Disneyland and other area attractions.
