| It's an 80's beige hotel that is off the 405. Nothing trendy--- but good accomodations. The bed was comfortable with 5 pillows. Friendly service--- they looked up an address on their computer for me at the front desk. Easy to park. 20 minutes to downtown LA, 10 minutes to Long Beach. Good value--- will stay here again because of convenient location. Carson doesn't have many restaurants--- but the hotel's restaurant is fine for breakfast (order from the menu rather than the buffet). It has a grab and go snack bar and small sundry shop. Decent sports bar and lounge.

| If you are just going to the an event at the Home Depot Center, then this hotel is just fine. It is only about a 5 minute drive from the center. If you are going to do other things then stay perhaps in Long Beach, LA, or some other trendy beach area.

| This hotel was ok. The air conditioner awoke us at three o'clock in the morning sounding like a truck on the highway and when we called in the morning to have it checked, the maintenance guy told us there was nothing wrong with it. As soon as he left it started up again so we turned it off and opened the window and didn't use it anymore. Poor service in the lounge and the immediate neighborhood offered no decent restaurants or other amenities. The best thing about this place was its fifteen minute proximity to downtown Long Beach.

| I have never been treated so nicely from hotel staff. You can actually joke with the servers in the restaurant. It makes your dining experience more enjoyable. The bed was WONDERFUL...felt like a cloud. Therefore, slept like a rock. It was wonderful to see a hotel bathroom so well equipped with toiletryies that on normally forgets. The in-room coffee maker made my morning!

| We stayed here because all the rooms in Long Beach were sold out for a convention. The rooms were fine, the service was very good but the hotel is in a very bad area. A friend of ours as well as a client both told us not to go out at night unless we were just getting on the freeway and leaving. They told us not to go out within the neighborhood at all if possible. The hotel food was mediocre; therefore, we were forced to drive more than 15 minutes away for every meal. If you are strictly looking for a place to sleep then you would be happy here but if you are going to be here a while and have many meals to eat you would be better to stay either in Long Beach or closer to Torrence or Redondo Beach.

| This hotel was located a stones throw from the beach but just far enough inland so the cost of the room wouldn't kill your wallet and had excellent freeway access. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and well maintained. Can't ask anything more from a convenient place to sleep. Our one and only problem was the front desk was a bit under staffed during check in. Which was understandable being a holiday. A 5 minute wait turned into a 30 minute wait. But everything was just right after that.
