| I need to stay in Hong Kong every 6 months whilst I obtain a new Visa for the Chinese mainland. I have stayed in other hotels but with this one I can receive faxes prior to arrival and can leave my Passport and photo with the concierge for collection by my agent so that I do not have to be disturbed in the morning. The hotel allows me to wait in the reception area for the return of my passport and someone directs the courier to where I am sitting. All in all a wonderful experience.

| The hotel has a tower and a hotel block. The tower block is more expensive. However, for short stay, it is not worth it. There is no harbour or garden view from a number of rooms. You just get building view.

| From the lobby you have to climb 1 flight of stairs with your luggage to get to the elevator. To get to the executive floor you again have to climb another flight of stairs with your luggage from the elevator. This is quite inconvenient. To access the hotel lobby you have to go up a parking garage and around several tight turns. It's not very convenient for pickup or dropoff. The buffet is small with limited selections and also not laid out for easy access. They have limited irons and ironing boards so ask when you check in if you need one for the next day. If those issues are not of concern please note that the rooms were very clean, laundry was prompt, and the bathroom quite roomy.

| Nice location on the harbour with nice views of ships passing but shabby appearance and poor service. We upgraded to a suite because the standard room was so small. It was spacious but drab and was cold (had to make several calls to get heat turned on).
