| hotel staff did not mention if they did or did not do breakfast or lunch. The room was set up nice but bathroom ventilation system was nonexisting and the place was old/rusted

| Was very nice place to stay. The only thing I would change is the timing of the breakfast. We missed it by 15 min.

| Not clean. In fact, there was no maid service. We had to call for towels. Not in a good part of town. Lesson learned.

| The clock didn't work in the clock radio, and the heater didn't work. Called the fron desk @ 6am the following day and told them aboput the clock radio and the heater. We arrived back at the motel about 8PM. the radio syill hadn't been replaced and the heater didn't work either. went to the front desk and complained amd the clerk said he would take care of it. He came to the room and checked out the heater and brought a replacement clock radio. He said we could either switch rooms or he would get a portable heater. We went for the portable heater. He returned with 2 heaters and an extension cord. We plugged them in and within a matter of a few minutes the power went out. Called the fron desk and the clerk said he would be right up. He came and reset the power. The restroom was dirty. The TV remote didn't work right either. There were also 2 indivuduals in the parking lot that approached us on Frday evening about giving them money. Gave them a few bucks. When I had went to the office to complain about the heat one of the individuals, that we gave money to, was in the lobby. She followed me out the door and approached me agian about more money. I told the clerk about this too. Not happy with our experience at the Quality Inn on Murfreesboro Rd Nashville!! Wont stay there again..
