| The room was not well maintained. The restroom condition was not good too. The beds were okay and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We had high regards for Ramada, however this hotel is a disgrace to its name.

| One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms are in poor condition, and need to be updated. The hallways smelled like an ashtray. I will pay a little more and stay at a better class of hotel the next time.

| The hotel is quite dateed and dingy. The staff couldn't be more helpful, but the buffet is lacking. The bathrooms weren't sanitary, mold, etc. The sheets also weren't changed one day, though the beds were made. We could tell because one of the pillows still had a stain, it had previously. Ugh! Tina

| Asked for a none smoking room. Got it but smelled like an ashtray. Had ashes all over the floor. The bathroom was nasty. Obviously it hadn't been sept or mopped. The other people staying there was loud. Human hair and toe nails laying on floor also. Over all it was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at.

| This is the worst hotel I`ve ever been. I do not recomend other travelers to stay there. Lockers did not work. No clean towels. Dirty floor. I payed for a non smoking room and they gave me one. I had to ask for a room change. It was an awfull experience.

| This hotel may have been nice when it was new, but it is definitely starting to look run down. The bathtub looked stained, and the sink had cracks and stains. I paid for a roll away bed, and it was in such poor condition, that we did not use it. The outside of the mattress was coming off and it was very dirty. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. It consisted of muffins, bagels, toast, waffles and cereal. I have seen a larger selection at other hotels. It is not the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, but I would not recommend it to others.

| While this is a pretty normal lower-cost hotel with 'just the basics' I found the people there to be five-star, particularly the front desk staff person. We had a pleasant experience and I took the time to fill our an evaluation praising the help we received from the the front desk.

| The room that we stayed in was very dirty. The mirror behind the vanity had not be cleaned. There was something brown splashed onto the vanity near the trash can. The phone in the room did not work. We reported this to the clerk and they said it would be fixed. That never happed. The indoor pool was heated, but they omitted the fact that the room that housed the pool was not heated. This was definately a dissappointment when you have children who are very excited about swimming, but then freeze the whole time they are in the pool. The next morning we went down for breakfast at 8:15 and it had not been restocked. They were out of everything and we were finally able to get the clerk to bring out some milk.
