PROPERTY NOTES: * DECORUM: The management reserved the right to ask any guest to check out if his/her conduct interferes with the enjoyment of other guests. * DAMAGES: Any damages to the property and furnishings will be charged to appropriate guests based on their replacement and/or repair values. * THEFT: Guests will be automatically charged for missing amenities such as linens and decorative our utilitarian items. * DISCOUNTS: At the discretion of the management. May be suspended during special events, holidays and prime dates. Some discounts are available during off-season only. * NO-SHOWS: When a room is reserved, but not used and not cancelled, the credit card given to guarantee the reservation will be automatically charged the full amount due. * PRE-PAYMENTS: At times we will require an advance non-refundable pre-payment. In this case, no refund will be given unless the room can be re-sold to another party. A partial refund or voucher may be awarded, based on the discretion of the management.
