| Requested a non-smoking room, and when I got to the room a de-ionizer unit was sitting on the bed in an attempt to remove smoke smell from the room. Had to call front desk to have them remove the machine. I received my 2nd surprise the next morning when I went to take a shower, and found that we had no hot water. When I checked out and complained to the manager at the front desk he said, "Oh yeah, one of our pumps is out of service and there is no hot water on the 4th floor." Thanks for the great service ...

| Breakfast is very good and lot of stuff there ,you don't have to kill your time in morning to search and get someting to eat. Express checkout is also the time saver. However if rooms have microwave and small refrigerator that would definatly a big plus for family travler. Otherwise you have to walk to kitchen for this.

| This is a pleasant hotel. The rooms were clean. Everything worked properly. (the a/c & heat, iron, lights etc) My only problem is the walls are thin and you can hear the patrons on either side of you. Other than that, staff was professional and accomodating.
